Service Agreement & Terms of Use

1. Scope of Service

This Agreement applies to the digital asset downloads, custom poster design, and Print-on-Demand (POD) services provided by CoverAtlas.com. We are committed to delivering high-quality image assets and physical printed products based on the styles and parameters selected by the user.

2. Order Processing & Delivery

  • • Digital Products: Upon confirmation of payment, users will be granted immediate access to download the purchased assets.
  • • Physical Products (POD): Once an order is confirmed, the production lead time is typically 1-2 business days. Shipping and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

3. Payment Terms

All payments are processed securely via PayPal. By placing an order, the user agrees to the product pricing and any applicable shipping fees displayed at the time of purchase.

4. Refund and Return Policy

Digital Assets

  • Due to the non-tangible and reproducible nature of digital products, all sales are final once the download link has been accessed, except in cases where the file is demonstrably corrupted.

Custom/POD Products:

  • • Quality Issues: Contact us with photo evidence within 7 days for a free replacement or refund.
  • • Non-Quality Issues: As products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All designs and assets provided are intended solely for the user’s use within the scope of the purchased license. Users are strictly prohibited from reselling or redistributing the content without authorization.
