Chester Author Roscoe (born May 17, 1995), known professionally as Rx Papi, is an American recording artist born in Rochester, New York and based in Bronx, New York. Rx Papi began rapping when he was 9 years old. In May 2018, Papi was arrested for 21 months on counts of drug charges. After finishing his jail sentence and releasing his free-from-prison ode “First Day Out”, he began to pursue music as a full-time career. Rx Papi used to go under the name Lil Fleechy as that was his name “in the streets .
