ILLIT is a k-pop group from South Korea, formed on September 1, 2023.

ILLIT (Hangul: 아일릿; Katakana: アイリット ; also stylized as :ll:+) is a South Korean girl group formed by BELIFT LAB, a subsidiary of HYBE, through the JTBC survival competition show R U Next?. Their name was initially introduced as I'll-It during the live broadcast of the final episode of R U Next?. In the episode, it was explained that the name "represents choosing your own verb to put between I'll and It", conveying the ability of the members to act and make decisions independently. .
