With five No. 1 albums to his credit, Rick Ross makes the hip-hop game look easy. Hood Billionaire is his second album of 2014 (and seventh overall), following March's Mastermind, and the Teflon Don understandably sees no reason to tweak his formula. Over languorous, trunk-rattling beats by Lex Luger, Timbaland, and others, Ross celebrates his dominance alongside fellow heavyweights like Jay Z and Boosie Badazz (a.k.a. Lil Boosie). "Elvis Presley Blvd." is soul in slow motion, and "Keep Doin' That" enlists R. Kelly for its underwater R&B. Billionaire's pace is glacial, but it's not like Ross is in a hurry—he's already won the race.
