Niels Bagge Hansen (born 1 November 1987), better known as Vinnie Who is a disco-pop one-man project from Copenhagen, Denmark.
Vinnie Who released the album Then I Met You and was in 2011 nominated for a Zulu Award of the Year Danish Name.
