Todd Edward Imperatrice, more known as Todd Edwards is a house and UK Garage producer born in New Jersey in 1972. His style of music is characterized by a collage of micro-samples over swung UK garage beats and percussion, with groovy, disco-inspired bass lines. He started his career off around 1992, first releasing some tracks under the alias The Todd Edwards Project. He was influenced by several people, especially Mark Kinchen, or MK, whose remixes had vocal reconstructions and chops .
