Sage K has been creating and crooning since she was a teenie wee thing. She was influenced heavily as a child by an array of artists including Paul Simon, Michael Jackson, Aretha Franklin and the Doors...to name a few. All that musical yumminess sunk in and by age six, Sage K was writing her first poems and singing them out...quietly to herself...in the shower. Her first introduction to the stage was in spoken word competitions and poetry readings. .
