LADIES' CODE (Hangul: 레이디스 코드) is a South Korean girl group formed by Polaris Entertainment in 2013. The group's original lineup consisted of leader Ashley (애슐리) and members RiSe (리세), EunB (은비), Sojung (소정), and Zuny (주니).
They made their debut with the mini-album Code#01 Bad Girl and the title track "Bad Girl", which was released on March 7, 2013.
On September 3, 2014, the members were involved in a car accident in which RiSe and Sojung were severely injured and EunB was tragically killed. .
