Fengie Wang is a mandopop artist from Taiwan, born on January 23, 1978.

Wan Pei-Rong, born in 1978, started singing at age 14, when she began to join competitions. At a young age, she developed skills quickly, and won 9 competitions with all titles of first place. However, even though she won competitions for singing, she actually started out as a Radio Host on Taiwan's UFO-RADIO. After gaining more popularity through her radio show, she was finally discovered by record companies. She released her first album in 1999, "Releasing Heat," but that album found very little success with the Chinese audience. .
