Esmée Denters (born 28 September 1988) is a Dutch female singer and YouTuber. She first rose to prominence in the late 2000s by covering songs by Beyoncé, Alanis Morrisette and Alicia Keys, and posting them on YouTube. In 2007, her talent was discovered by Justin Timberlake and she became the first artist to sign under Timberlake's new label imprint, Tennman Records in association with Interscope, thus becoming the first unsigned singer to go directly from YouTube to commercially performing on the major stage. .
