Brand Nubian is an American hip hop group from New Rochelle, New York, consisting of emcees Grand Puba, Sadat X, and Lord Jamar, and formerly DJs Alamo, Sincere, and Stud Doogie. The group is recognized for its socially conscious and politically charged lyrics, often influenced by the teachings of the Nation of Gods and Earths.
